Enrollment & Availability
What ages do you accept?
We accept infants starting from 3 months old, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Do you have openings available right now?
Availability is provided upon request. Please contact us for current openings.
How do I join the waitlist?
After your tour, if you decide our daycare is the right fit for your family, please fill out the waitlist application on our website.
Can parents tour the daycare before enrolling?
Yes! We offer tours daily at 5:30 PM. Please contact us by phone or email to check availability.
Do you offer part-time care?
At this time, we do not offer part-time care for the infant group (up to 2 years old). Part-time care may be available for children ages 2 and older.
Safety & Licensing
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.

Are staff CPR and First Aid certified?
Yes, all staff members are CPR and First Aid certified.
What happens in case of an emergency?
We immediately contact parents. In life-threatening emergencies, we call 911 first and then notify parents as soon as possible.
What is your sick-child policy?
If a child has a fever, rash, diarrhea, vomiting, or any other symptoms of illness, we will immediately contact parents and request pickup to help maintain a healthy environment for all children.
Daily Routine & Communication
How much outdoor time do children get?
Children spend approximately 2 hours outdoors each day, weather permitting.
Do children nap during the day?
Yes. Infants and younger toddlers typically take two naps per day, while older children usually take one nap.
How do you handle potty training?
We work together with parents during potty training. Parents begin the process at home, and we continue supporting the child at daycare for consistency.
How do you manage behavior and discipline?
We use a patient, respectful, and age-appropriate approach by explaining expectations and guiding children through positive reinforcement.
Will I receive updates about my child during the day?
Yes! Daily communication, photos, videos, meal updates, nap reports, and activity updates are shared through the Brightwheel app.
How can parents contact you during the day?
Parents may contact us through the Brightwheel app, text message, or phone call.
How do you communicate incidents or concerns?
We contact parents immediately regarding any incidents, concerns, or important updates.
Food & Nutrition
Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes. Once a child turns 1 year old, we provide meals and snacks.
For infants under 1 year old, parents provide breast milk/formula and any prepared solid foods. Parents also provide milk until the child is fully transitioned.
Can parents send lunch from home?
Yes, as long as the food does not contain common allergy-related ingredients such as nuts.
Pricing & Policies
What are your tuition rates?
Tuition rates and fees are discussed during tours.
Is there a registration fee or deposit?
Yes. Registration fees and deposit information are discussed during tours.
What are the payment options?
Starting January 2027, tuition payments will be due weekly.
What is your vacation or holiday schedule?
Our vacation and holiday schedule is available during tours, and we are happy to send it upon request.
What is your cancellation or withdrawal policy?
We require a 30-day written notice for withdrawal. Your deposit (equal to two weeks of tuition) will be applied toward your final month.
If we are on vacation, do we still pay?
Yes. Tuition reserves your child’s spot, not attendance.
